All designs, terminology (including the "Vortex Dictionary"), and blueprint structures are the sole intellectual property of Nazia’s Cupcake Garden. Purchase of a digital blueprint grants the user a personal, non-exclusive license. Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or distribution of the blueprints or instructional methodology is strictly prohibited.

The content provided on this website and within the Grand Series is for artistic and educational purposes only. Nazia’s Cupcake Garden is not responsible for any misuse of equipment or ingredients used while attempting these designs.

4. Digital Product Policy

Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales of The Grand Series Blueprints are final and non-refundable.

Usage Data: Information about how you navigate the site (e.g., how long you stayed on the "Be The One" page). We use this to understand which of our floral architectures are most popular.
